FINALLY a Good Tower Defense Game in 2019 – Siege of Centauri Tower Defense Gameplay
Some Siege of Centauri gameplay today, a new tower defense game that’s probably my favourite tower defense game in 2019! It’s not like other tower defense games though, because in this one we get to control a giant robot called Milton and wreak havoc in real time strategy style alongside our towers!

About Siege of Centauri Tower Defense:
Siege of Centauri puts you in command of the defense of Earth’s first interstellar colony. Thousands of alien machines are descending on the helpless colony and only you, with your arsenal of fast-deployed orbital defense structures (FODS) can stop them.
The enemy comes in all shapes and sizes, challenging you to counter them with the right defense in the right place. Siege of Centauri combines the best elements of classic tower defense games with the strategic depth Stardock has delivered in past titles, including Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion and Ashes of the Singularity.
Battle across the surface of an alien world through a series of story-driven campaigns or fight for survival in a doomed region to see how your skills match up against thousands of other players across the world.
This is one of those tower defense games that has a real time strategy (RTS) element to it as well, because you can use and balance energy to crazy units and giant robots that you can control and change the fight! Control them alongside your defenses and save the world!
Oh… one funny thing about this mission is that I used the zap turret as the main anti-air (requires 1 star to unlock AA ability). The game is telling you that you can ignore whatever advice the characters gave and invent your own strategy.
Know what I dont get? Its why you don not have more followers.Your videos are excellent and you seem to enjoy the games, unlike so many others who are in it for the money.

This game is like new version of Defense Grid: The Awakening
It cant be a good Tower Defense, you cant design your own lanes. Not sure why set lane style Tower Defenses became the standard but they are ass. I miss the days of building crazy lanes forcing the AI into paths that take them by your main towers 5 and 6 times.

They are billions was much better
BTD6 is by far the best and most popular td game, so ya there has been a great td game in so "finally" is the wrong word to use, a much better word to use would be "Another"

Tower wars was the best but nobody else made something similar these days, whit the multiplayer twist.

I think the game is way too easy, as long you are spending all the resources placing any building at anywhere randomly, you can still win the game.
If you like this game you should check of Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation. Made by the same people but it's an actual RTS and the game looks beautiful. This is basically just an incomplete version of the actual RTS.
This game is not worth the buy , it wont get you 1$/hour value (currently priced 15) Campaign (24maps) gets you +/-7hours (another hour or so if ya achievement complete).
It crashes often forcing ya to redo (thats another hour or more there)
tower targetting selection is not available, and the standard is down right anoying = a long range tower will shoot a new wave entering instead of the ones killing your base.
Yes they sticked on a map editor so that paying customers can maybe save it ?
Yes its pretty looking, voice actings ok but there are so many other TD's out there with just MORE of everything.
